Can you let me know where to edit the actions that appear under "more" button in CRM Web screen of ITSM. i mean how do i add or remove an action for more button.
Pls note i am aware of actions under Action button, my query is about More button
the "actions" under the more button are actually just more buttons which exceeded the maximum number of buttons for the toolbar.
Customizing is not posssible, but you can change it by WebUI Development.
For an incident, please check transaction BSP_WD_CMPWB, component AIC_INCIDENT_H, view IncidentHeaderEF, class CL_AIC_INCI_INCIDENTHEADE_IMPL, method DO_PREPARE_OUTPUT.
The buttons are stored in the class variable gt_button.
