User Simulation Results Differ From Prd and Quality

Hello, I wonder if you can steer me in the right direction with the above.

I have a difference in my Production and Quality environments when running a User Level Simulation (Summary view only).

In Quality the report runs as I would expect as the new Critical risk is the risk being highlighted.

In Prod the output is different, it seems to be that the simulation risk is conflicting with itself...

Why would this be as I have Generated Functions & Rule Set in both systems but to no avail?

Any helps/tips/ SAP notes etc. will be gratefully received.

Hi John,

Could you check, the below:

- The same roles are assigned in both the systems, i.e no extra role is assigned on Prod.

- Tick/Un-tick of option 'Risk from Simulation only' is same

Yes same roles are assigned in both systems and Risk from simulation is same.
