Provisioning jobs stuck

Hi Experts,

Provisioning jobs do not run for a single user requesting access to a repository. UI tasks trigger and few provisioning jobs trigger and stop. Where as

the same activity for other users for the same repository executes all provisioning jobs and sends email with password to the user. We are not able to find the error as jobs do not execute and there is no error in the few executed provisioning jobs.

Please suggest .

Hello Ranjan,

you need to share a liiiittle bit more information, because we can't look into your system (or mind ).

Where does it stop in the chain? Is it maybe waiting for something?

If it's just for one user, have you checked if that one is created correctly with all required fields filled? Have you cross-checked it with other users, where the workflow is working fine?
