Hi,
My requirement is customer places the order over internet and before invoicing or delivery of material customer calls to customer care and ask to hold the order i.e he need to change the delivery of material,how this can be done
.
My assumptions:
1)Go to sales order and change delivery date.
Doubt:While placing the order the delivery scheduling will be done in order to confirm the delivery dates.Once we change the delivery date in order what will be the impact.
2)Can we put a delivery block in sales order at header level.But there should be mechanism to release the blocked delivery in order to dispatch the material on requested delivery date.How this is possible.

Many times, you have been given a direction to test yourself in your system before posting such type of queries here. Had you done that, you would have come to know system will propose a new confirmed date based on the availability check configuration.
