Hi Venkat,

could you please provide a bit more details about "Aventail"? Because normally EasyDMS is a kind of Add-On to the Windows Explorer and connects to the backend system by using RFC calls via the SAPGUI installation.

Aventail is a VPN software like as Cisco VPN. This software will be available in 32 bit  and 64 bit.
