When I am giving my tracking ID in transaction /saptrx/mi02 it is not working

Hi Gurus,

When I am giving my tracking ID in transaction /saptrx/mi02  by giving write tracking ID code set DLNR & right delivery with two leading zeros  it is saying that

Expected events retrieval unsuccessful; use

appropriate tracking ID

How ever by using same tracking ID in eventhandler  list I am able to retrieve data.Please help.

Hi Murali,

MI02 is using BAPI /SAPTRX/BAPI_EH_GET_DATA to retrieve the EH data.

Could you set a break point here and check what's in G_REQUEST_ID_ITAB?

Afterwards compare the entries with table /SAPTRX/EH_TRKID. If there is an entry in this table the EH should be retrieved.

Hi Murali,

It looks strange and it shouldn't be.

I went to /SAPTRX/EH_LIST and get Tracking id and Tracking code set in same formats.

Then I have tried like below steps:

1. Tracking ID Code Set = DLNR

2. Tracking ID Code ID = 0080013646

3. Click Go button

4. I am getting Expected events without any issue.

Can you check again whether you have followed same steps.
