How to define another primary numbering series in DO?

Dear Experts,

Currently, we are using 2 sets of numbering series for our Delivery Order - Primary & Manual. Unfortunately, our primary numbering series has finished up the number and now started to use the next available number in manual series. Is it possible to define another set of primary numbering series for DO in another range of numeric value? If yes, how to do so?

Kindly advice me on the above mentioned.

Hi,

I have solved the problem by putting a number at the Last No. column for my first primary series and start the new series with the following number of the Last No.

HI Leng,

You can try below things.

Option 1: update Last no. to a higher number for existing Primary series. It will allow you to use same series.

Option 2:

You can create new series for the same period (with same period indicator). You may need to give new series name like "Primary1.
