include text in the form

I am including a text in form using include text option for an invoice numeber with text object and text id , how we can assing text name for this

as this text contains in STXH tables

goto <b>insert but</b>ton in menu bar after that<b> text</b> -->> and click on <b>standard text</b> with this u select a text what u want

Hi,

Why do you want to display the text using text module? Just read the text using READ_TEXT and display this value as the desired position(declare a variable and pass this value from READ_TEXT to this variable).

Hi..,

go to the SCRIPT editor.. and place a cursor in the editor wherever u want the text to be placed .. and SELECT

INSERT --> TEXT --> STANDARD..

Now u will get a window where u can get the text id ( like F4 help )..

Hi,

In the table STXH, there will be an entry for these text, goto SO10 then give that name and press Display, Here the name is You entered in the text name is the name of the text. so in the lauput, Insert --> text, there gie this name then the code will come in the Line editor

Hi,

Create Text module with the same name which u have included in smartform, in the SMARTFORM transaction itself, Now u will get this text what ever u have written in the text module.

If it is a Sap script the create the same in the SO10 transaction.

u have to get the texts by using READ_TEXT , and use this texts in layouts.

if u are mainataining ant standard text in SO10 then u can directly use include text objects.
