Hi Experts,

Can anybody suggest me to find SAP kernel version & patch level in MDM application.

I checked with DISP+WORK command at OS level through sidadm user but it shows unknown command.

Kindly share your ideas on this.

Regards,

Bharath.

Hi Bharath.

the easy way is to check the 'help' menu on the toolbar in any MDM client. take MDM console for example, you can get the 'help' on the toolbar, and the pop-up box will tell you the version for your MDM. it looks like this way 'version 7.1.08.196 '.

by the way, using MDM clix can also get the version, the syntax is like:CLIX Mdsversion Mdshostspec[-port].

more details you can refer to the MDM console reference guide.

hope it hleps you.

best regards

Bharath,

Login with SIDADM and run command DISP+WORK -V at \usr\sap\SID\SYS\exe\run.
