Inbound handler as webservice for adobe interactive forms

Hello Colleagues,

the normal/standard workflow process for GRC PC (Process Control) provides survey data via Email (interactive form) to the Users.

The answer take place as well via Email (filled out interactive form) back to the SAP System.

The question is, does the SAP support an alternative technical implementation like WebServices (which is supplied with the data from the Interactive Forms).

Normal/standard way: SAP system --> Email with interactive form --> interactive form is filled by users --> send via Email to the SAP system --> SAP system reads email --> further processing

Desired path: SAP system --> Email with interactive form --> interactive form is filled by users --> over send button, data will transferred via WebServices as interactive format direct to the SAP System --> further processing

This is about the "survey inbound handler".

As far as I know, this scenario is not supported by the application.
