Free field placing

Hello,

I have a question.

I need to align a Group Footer #3 Field to Group Header #2.

Like a "free placing" on the workbook

Like in the attached image.

I would like to align:"CO" to the same line "0101".

It's possible to do it?

Thank you.

Hi Roberto,

Could you post a screenshot of the design pane as well?

If Details a and b is always suppressed, here's something that should work:

1) Move all fields from Group Header #2 to Group Footer #3

2) Suppress Group Header #2

3) Using the ctrl key, highlight the two fields that you just moved to Group Footer #3. Right-click one of the fields > Format Objects > Check 'Suppress if duplicated'

Hope this helps.

Thanks Abhilash,

now it's aligned, but: "Suppress if dplicated" didn't works.

I flag the parameter but duplicates stills not suppressed.

OK. Here's another workaround:

1) Move those two fields to the Group Header #3 and unsuppress this group header

2) Go to the section expert > highlight Group Header #3 > Check 'Underlay following sections'

Sadly it didn't works.

Fields are not aligned and duplicate still not suppressed.

I've tried with color too

if {Sheet1_.DESCRIZIONETIPOLOGIA}=previous({Sheet1_.DESCRIZIONETIPOLOGIA}) then crWhite

So ALL fields will disappears.

I'm sorry, the steps I mentioned in my previous reply should have been done on Group Header #2 not Group Header #3.
