Issue while approving the GRC request.

Hi All,

we are creating GRC(version 10) request. Requesting for new user creation with 2 global role assignment.

Role A and Role B. Role A approver approved immediately , where Role B approver not approved for more than 3 days.

The GRC request being moved to alternate approver after 3 days. But the issue here we are facing is the request  going for Role B alternate approver and also for approved Role A alternate approver.

Kindly help us on providing suggestion on how to restrict the approval for Role A should not go for alternate approver(even after approval in stage 1), if Role B approver not approved and its going for alternate approval.

Thanks for your mail , we are in SP13.

based on the links , the changes mentioned in PDF '

cv_do_not_escalate_approved = 'X'. " alredy available in system.But still we are facing the issue.

Any other alternate suggestion please.

if you have followed all the steps and all the programs and badis are activated and it still does not work, then please open an OSS message and refer to the note.
