Error while opening Crystal Report in SAP B1

Hi all,

When i open the Crystal Report in SAP B1, i'm getting this error as in the image when opening the report in Server.

but after the clicking OK in the Entry Point Not Found Window, the Crystal Report Parameters are shown and then after giving the input the report shows the result.

My first concern is ....why is the report showing this Entry Point Not Found Error Window.

The Second thing is that ....when i open the Same Crystal Report in the Client System, the system asks me for the DB Login (sa login).

What could be the Issue in both the Cases ?
