ZMCR can’t be closed if the predecessor (ZMIN) document is already closed by mistake.

Thank you all. I choose option to close ZMCR instead re-opening ZMIN. Resolved by following below steps.

1. Implemented notes 2036274, 2191039 as my 7.1 Solman is not up to SP12.

2. Deleted below 2 entries temporarly from ZMCR status profile.

Action entry "E0006 SET_PREDOC".

Status Setting for Predecessor Documents entry "ZMIN E0008".

4. Executed program CRM_SOCM_SERVICE_REPORT to set Next Status Value i.e., Confirmed (E0006).

Cheers,

Srini Gudipati.

Hello,

You can't reopen the ZMIN.

I think you will have to temporarily modify the AIC_SETTINGS cluster view in SM34 , to allow for edition of the ZMCR. After that, it is advisable to leave the AIC_SETTINGS as it was before.
