Kindly assist me in configuring cell phone allowance which has to be paid once in three years automatically in the month of April.

Hi Thangaraj,

Is Cell phone allowance is direct amount or is there any calculation behind this, If yes, you can achieve this through rule or standard configuration (V_T539J).

If it is direct amount you can maintain in IT0014 with using fields 1st payment date/period and interval in unit/periods.

Can you try with infotype 14 - recurring payments/deductions. There you have the option 1st payment date/period and interval in unit/periods.
