SOAP Error in the Fiori MyInbox Apps

Hello everyone.

I am Developing MyInbox Apps with BPM.

Now I have trouble in migrating the working MyInbox Apps to the customer's environment.

The MyInbox apps works well in my company,but after migrating to the customer's environment.

The following SOAP Error was shown in the browser and BPM log: - No operation found using soap keys

I found BPM Versions are different between my company(7.4 SP10) and the customer(7.4 SP07),

Is the reasonĀ  the difference of BPM Version?

And how can I solve the problem without implementing the SP?
