BI Loads running late

Hello SAPGurus,

Being a Basis Consultant we are facing regular complaints from our BI team that there BI job is running since a long a time. That particular job is related one of there DTP. I checked the job log and it looks like the job is extracting Datapackages for every 20 mins there are around 30 datapackages. BI team says the same job used to execute in 2 hours and now it has taken more than 4 hours.

Please suggest how shall i start with and help the job to execute faster I mean at least the usual time it takes 2 hours.

1. During the DTP what is the over all usage of BI system?

Hi Sriram,

1. Overall usage BI system is normal.

2. I will share that scn link with my BI team and will let you know.

Till then if you can share some other possibilities which can be performed from basis perspective.
