nwds update issue - SAP Community

Hi,

I have an issue with updating NWDS SP09PAT0014. Getting below error message

Pls help me how to proceed further..

Hi ,

I gone through the note. and i could not run command in keytool.exe , Command prompt,which is closing automatically, i couldnt type in the prompt . pls help ...
