Inactive Pricing Condition getting calculated in Taxable amount

Hi ,

We have a manual condition type.User while creating the credit memo request added the same condition type three times. Although its only active once ,while calculating taxable amount it is adding it three times.Can anyone confirm what could be the issue here?
