how to change oib5 Capitalization Version

Hi, gurus

I need to set a new capitalization version into new depreciation area.

But the problem is that a field of capitalization version is closed for input. (field is not editable)

How can i fix such problem?

Hi Pavel,

You need to transport the changes from the test client to production client.

You cannot directly do the changes in a closed client.

It is special sendbox(test) client and is open for any spro changes. it is not transport question

Hi Maria,

I have checked, and other settings I can change. Moreover, in 0ib5, in some depreciation area I can change capitalization version but some other are not editable.

if you think you have all the required authorizations.. can you check for the field control settings for the depreciation areas is same or not?

Hi Pavel,

Also refer, whether this is referred to any of the following below

No capitalization version can be used for the following depreciation areas:

• Areas for cost-based depreciation (area type)
• Derived depreciation areas
• Depreciation areas that are required to adopt the acquisition and production costs from other areas
