CPP error for sales orders, deliveries

Hi,

When clearing the CPP errors, we are getting below error for sales orders/deliveries which are inbound to APO.

Customer requirement xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx : SAP LiveCahce problem, return code = 436

S:/SAPAPO/OM_ERROR:436

We ran /SAPAPO/OM17 consistency checks, planning are consistency checks. But still the sales order errors in CPP are not getting cleared. The sales orders already exists in APO and it is either change or delete entries from ECC. Now we are stuck on how to proceed further on this error? Please suggest the resolution to this error

Yogeesha,

Did you try /SAPAPO/SDRQCR21 in APO?  This program should be run periodically as part of your normal housekeeping, in the same way you should run SDRQCR21 in ECC periodically.

Probably a good idea to run /SAPAPO/SDORDER_DEL periodically as well.
