Deactivate auto assign of employee responsible

Hi, colleagues!

I've got one more issue. When I create an account the system automatically assigns me as partner responsible for this account. There is standard function 'Employee responsible - Sales'. Couldn't you help me to turn of auto assignment of user by this function?

I've done this somehow once in another tenant, but I can't remember how.

Hi,

Try out

In BC Configuration for "General Business partners"-> Relationships. Select the Relationship name you need e.g"is employee responsible". Now untick the Employee in allowed roles.

Relationships in business partner are made for another tasks. That is relationships between business partners but not responsibility. And there are no relationships like responsibility.

Have you tried to set as undefined the standard function "Employee responsible sales" ?
(To do this: select the function -> click "Actions" button -> click "Set as undefined".)

I cannot find 'Actions' button. I'm on the screen of party role definition.
