Dear Taiwan gurus
I’d like to know in Taiwan, there is any requirement to issue VAT for FOC (Free of charge).
If so, in that case, who will pay VAT?

Ideally you should have raised this query with your client before posting here. In general, it is the seller to pay the VAT in any country
