if i understand your question i hope you wanted to create work flow kind of process in process orchestration.Check for Universal work list - UWL, may be this can fulfill your need

When running both BPM and UWL on the same system, the BPM UWL connector is automatically configured. The successful registration of the connector is confirmed in the SAP NetWeaver Portal.

1. Log in as an Administrator to the portal through http://<host>:<port>/irj .
2. Open the System Administration tab page and navigate to System Configuration Universal Worklist & Workflow Universal Worklist Administration

follow as per Azhar reply and before that make sure that whether UWL is enabled  from the available functional units.

Follow http://host:portno/sld/fun URL to check for the components which were already enabled and wants to enable new components.You should use administrator user to enable the components

Hi Naveed,

You can use Nw BPM for the purpose. Workflow is specific to ABAP systems and PO is Java based system.
