ReFx: Sale based Rent

Dear All,

If say my sales value is 2500/- then my rent amount should be 2500*3%=75.

(on flat ) But system is splitting the sales value into as below

sales figure 2500/-

first 1000/- no % calulated = 0

second slap 1000 * 2% = 20

third slab 500/- * 3 = 15

so total Rent Amount = 35

Pls help me on how to acheive this 2500*3%=75 instead of 35 as sytem is calcualting now.

Hi Subbu,

if you want to have grades but only the percentage of the actual grade the sales report belongs to should be used then

please maintain the grades as follows:

0-1000: 0%

0-2000: 2%

0-3000: 3%    <<<

sales report: 2500 -> 3% is used for the whole sales

Hello Subbu,

in sales rule section, there 2 option to calculate sales amount.

1 - Calculation with grading

Example : 0-1000 : %5

                10001 - 20000 : %6

                20001 - 0 : %7

2 - Calculation without grading

Example : For all sales amount : %8

If you want to calculate without grading

1. My grading scale say e.g

0- 1000 = 0%

1001 - 2000 = 3%

2001 - 3000  = 4%

3001 - 4000  = 5%

If my sale Figure is 2500 , then system should claulate 2500 * 4% directly, if sales figure 3500 then the calculate 3500 * 5% directly .if my sale figure is 900 then system should calculate 900 *0%.
