Hi Thangaraj,

As per my knowledge, no need to write a PCR regarding this.

For your absence type, you should define day rule for Absence valuation rule for the absence type.

Please define day rule first in Table V_T554R where Sunday is also checked.

Assign this day rule to absence valuation rule in Table V_T554C.

This will solve your issue where Sunday also gets deducted in loss of pay.

Dear Venkat,

Thank you for the reply, end user dosen't want to mark, LOP instead he wants the system to record everything and throw a report.

Hi,

What I have suggested is configuration only not data changes.

As per your issue, In case an employee takes the leaves on Saturday & Monday system should deduct 3 days LOP.

For this you need to change the configuration in Table V_T554R and V_T554C.

Dear venkat,

One more doubt, we need to change the configuration for only one Employee group "Trainees", will this configuration change affect others

Hi ,

You can bifurcate the ESG grouping for "ESG for time quotas" and then create an separate counting rule coping with previous one and change only ESG grouping which you have assigned in the table against Trainee ESG.

Table:- V_503_E
