Error when trying to open service manager

Hi experts,

I was doing an upgrade but when I try to open my service manager the next error appears can you please help me its critical.

I had such an issue with MSVCR100.dll file too. But I used the fix I found on http://blog.fix4dll.com/how-to-quickly-and-easily-fix-msvcr110-dll-is-missing-error/ webpage. I installed it and everything went just fine. Maybe, it will help you

Hello Jesus,

Looks issue with C++ distribution on the your system.

If this issue is on specific system please check following SAP notes:-

2132085 - Remoteware client "MSVCR100.dll is corrupt error when opening the client

2015359 - SAP BI Platform Support Tool fails to start with error "javaw.exe - System Error The progr...

If the current kernel version are 720 or 721 ext then check the following sap note :-

1553465 - Prerequisites for 720/721 EXT and higher kernels on Windows

But this issue is not happening with Business objects, its happening wiht SAP Business One Service manager

I understand the issue is happening with SAP business one,

The resolution talks more specific to your Operating system.

Check Source(your laptop or desktop) and target system.

If possible update your windows and check.
