File name when checkin through SAP DB

Dear support,

I have a scenario, when we upload an original in CV01N in SAP DMS, and after check-in the File Name is not displaying.
If we are saving a file in 2 different languages, we save them in one DIR, but the file name disappears which makes it confusing which file should be opened. Is there any customizing settings by which we can have these File Names.

Please also see attached screen shot for better understanding of the issue.

Can you check on OACT your SAP DB has following settings?

Content Server version 4.5

Contents Table DMS_CONT1_CD1

Thanks for response. actually even if i m using SAP-DB to store my Originals, do i still need to install and configure Content Server. Please confirm , as when i open OACT i can not find this DMS_CONT1_CD1.

Hi Adnan,

I think that the note 2007345 could be useful for you. However I would also implement the previous mentioned notes mentioned by Anand.

Helllo Adnan,

Please check following SAP note:-

2097387 - Filename of ditributed original gets truncated

2089715 - File name of distributed original in DIR changes

I hope this gives you some help in resolving the issue.

Hello Anand,

Thanks for response. Well these notes do not relate to the issue i m facing. I have issue, that File Name do not show at all, only it mentions where they are saved i.e. in my case SAP-SYSTEM.As you could see from my previous attachment.
