IT Service Management in Solution manager 7.1 SP12 steps and latest document

Hi All,

We have recently implemented Solution Manager 7.1 SP4 and upgraded to 7.1 SP12 successfully and completed (System/Basic and Managed system configuration).

As per the client requirement we need to configure  IT Service Management.

Can you please provide the steps for the same and also provide link for the document for  IT Service Management on Solution manager 7.1 SP12.

Most of the ITSM links and and SDN forums would give you lot of the information,

The best way for moving forward would be the current wiki suggested which has demo video too to avoid ambiguity.
