Delivery with Batch Determination on FIFO Basis

Hi SAP Gurus,

I am facing a situation that delivery should be done with batch determination considering as FIFO basis.

Example

1. Sales Order     =     100 Qty     =     50 Qty Delivered     =     Balance 50 Qty     = Created on 01.07.2015

2. Sales Order     =     100 Qty     =     30 Qty Delivered     =     Balance 70 Qty     = Created on 15.07.2015

The client requirement is...

Sales Order is created today (12.07.2015), But at the time of delivery, system should give priority to the open sales order created on 01.07.2015.

Presumably, they called this scenario as FIFO basis. But, as far as I know, unless batch is configured, this scenario is not called as FIFO.

Hence, kindly let me know if any standard configuration is existed to do delivery without batch determination on FIFO basis

Hi Vidya,

You can go to LOG General -> Batch Management -> Batch det. and check -> Batch allocation -> Allocate SD Procedure.

You can delete all of the entries that exist in there. so the batch determination in delivery would not activated.
