WBS Basic start date don't updated according to actual finish date of previous WBS

Dear Gurus,

i have the following scenary

Project

     WBS 1

     WBS 2

When i confirm all activity of first WBS element (before of schedulate date) the system update correctly the actual finish date in WBS 1 but the system during new scheduling not consider it  for the next WBS2 as basic start date . The WBS2 start always in the first schedulated date 6.8.2015.

I would like this new situation after refresh scheduling activity :

Actually i have done the following scheduling setting in the project profile

I think the best scheduling method for my scenary il top down logic.

But don't understand why the system don't consider the actual finish date of the previous WBS during scheduling of following WBS element

In the previous WBS i have update all date correctly as showed below:

Hi Daniele,

Change your scheduling scenario from bottom up to top-down.. Also in your scheduling scenario make it top-down..

Dear Sammar,

i have change my scenary in Top dowm logic, but the result is the same.

The next WBS element is not update to start basic date to 13.7.2015 .

When i run scheduling the system create the following pop-up  (if could be useful for us)

I make some error in scheduling activity or maybe a customizing problem?

I don't know why the system not consider the actual date of previous WBS

Hello Daniele,

Just a small Analysis:

Have you attached activities for the second WBS?

If yes, then are these activities having a relationship with the previous WBS activities?

Hi Daniele,

Do you have a start finish relationship between your last activity of WBS1 and first activity of WBS2?

My guess is that the message in pop-up screen  is for extrapolating the dates...Not sure as can understand only English

Please maintain FS relationship between the activities  1 Check point and Gestione and reschedule the project..

in the immage there are the relationship beetwen the first WBS and the followed WBS :

I think the link beetwen the Network operation for different WBS is correct :

I Would like that the basic start date for the second WBS become update to actual finish date of the WBS1  (12.7.2015).

Hello Daniele,

Please check the Dates whether you have entered them in the actvities. As i can see, you have related the first activity of top Network and first activity of second Network.

You mst ideally create a realtionship with last activity of the first wbs/Network and first activity of second WBS/Network

I dont' have setting correltly the network profile into wbs profile.
