Service Desk configure in SOLMAN 7.1

Hi Experts,

I want to configure Service desk in SOLMAN 7.1 (SOLMAN Dev system) (SAP_BASIS and SAP_ABA = 702 and 009 level).

I get message BCs are not valid for this release ?

I searched the forum but no exact resolution, please share your thoughts.

Please help how to proceed.

Hello Garry,

Please check your current ST software component SP level.

Bring it to SP12 if it is lesser than that.

Most of the ITSM links and and SDN forums would give you most of the information,

The best way for moving forward would the current wiki suggested which has demo video too to avaid ambiguity.

Hi Gary,

Thoughts..

I believe you are one SP5 of solman 7.1.- check ST component SP level.

My 1st suggestion would be to bring your system to latest stack - SP13

2nd is... start looking at so many thread on SCN, guides and help.sap for more - do things one by one, as required.

Last would be, please share screenshot of the error you are getting.
