Confirmation Print Out ?

Hi SRM Gurus,

We have SRM 5.0. We would like to take the print out of confirmation. Is it possible? Could you please list the steps to be done?

Output actions/format is not defined for confirmations in standard SRM system.

I observed that. Thanks for that.

However SAP has provided BBP_CNF Smartform for confirmation print out.

How can we make use of this.

Hi

There is no smartform with BBP_CNF (In which version are you, I am on SRM5.0). I think it should be BBP_CONF which is used for Invoice output. If SUS is implemented you can use BBP_SUSCONF for output of confirmations.

Hi , Yes it is BBP_CONF. The description is Invoice output.It seems, this is for Confirmation.

there is one more smartform for Invoice output separately.
