Link is invisible in web UI IDM

Hi Experts,

Jobs execute to generate reports and they get stored in a folder. Link is not visible on web UI for quality and production. Therefore it is not possible to access the reports via link from user interface.Attached screen shot of Dev and Qual systems.

A hot fix was provided by SAP earlier and it is working Development. Butwe do not have clue what and how it was done. We want to configure the

same in Quality and Production. Please suggest.

Dear Customer,

In this case, if its fine for you, I could try to provide a hot

fix. If yes, please upload your tc~idm~jmx~app.sda that should be

within IDMIC SCA file. I could replace a class file for this fix and

you could test. Please let me know.

Dear Customer,

You could directly find the sda file - tc~idm~jmx~app.sda - in the

file system where AS java is installed. The location where you could

find is

\usr\sap\I70\JC20\SDM\root\origin\sap.com\tc\idm\jmx\app\MAIN_IDM72-0S_D\0\11817982

Please change the AS instance details and the version details to your

AS details in this relative path.

Please upload this sda file. I will try to change the class file and

then you could test.

                    when was the hot fix provided ? You can PM me the old incident number and I can follow up offline.

Hello Chris,

Hot fix was provided long back before project handed over to us. We dont have any clue about the OSS message . Please share if you have any idea on this issue .
