Hi Fellow Members,
I am working with a client who are using Org Plus and wish to change the labelling for a Org. Unit who does not have a chief from 'Empty Position' to the name of the Org. Unit.
Am I correct in thinking these changes are made in Org Plus rather than SAP.

Your client can manually change it in ORG+. I think It is way easier to do it there, however this may require your client changing it every time you want to draw the chart. The change can be done by selecting the position (box), then go to the position profile, change the field that carries the label 'Empty position'. The profile menu can be found under the view tab (assuming your client is using ORG+ 9)
On a second thought, if you want to make this change permanent. You can create a condition formatting in the corresponding field and save the chart as opxt(template) so anytime the template is applied the change is made automatically.

First check in PD whether the OU exists with a position as head and person assigned.
Then check
a)when the last import was from SAP to Org Plus;
and/or
b)if Org Plus is referring to the data correctly, if there is a setting required.
