Wrong count in the master list

Hi,

The total count in the tile in the launchpad does not correspond with the count appearing in the master list page.This happens when record reaches 100 or more. It always adds 10 to the current count.

When you click on the tile above, the count will change and add 10 to it.

Do you guys know how to handle this?

Romuel,

It means that two different calls/URLs are used in fetching items on Tile and fetching Master list.

Number on the tile is coming from Tile configuration.

If the number on master list is correct, then find the URL used to fetch the Master list and use $count on that to use it as service URL for the dynamic tile.

Hi Krishna,

Actually, the correct one is the one shown in the dynamic tile. I even tried deleting records until it reached 99 records. The count for both are correct. But when I added one record, the master list is adding 10 records immediately.
