Fiori Launchpad Tile Error

Hi Experts,

I'm having an error whenever I create a new tile in Launchpad designer. Same error is also happening whenever I edit a tile

Below is the error I get

We have the latest UI components. Our SAP NW is SP09

Hi,

Check SU53 after running the above scenario. It is due to missing authorisation I guess.

Hi ,

You are facing this issue because of authorization.

Check su53 in gateway, you will able to see the error in the service.

Ask you basis to assign proper authorization.

I see the SAPUI5 library is old.

Please take a look at SAP Fiori - SAP Fiori launchpad troubleshooting.

Hi Masa,

We have anothe system running with the same setup. The SAPUI5 library is 1.28.1 but we are not having a problem on that system.

It is still recommended to update the SAPUI5 library?
