Hi All,

I am working in Support project.I am facing one typical error in IDOC to SOAP scenario production.

Please let me know the possible reasons for the above error and how it can be resolved.

Hi Ramya,

As Harish said the issue could be on the endpoint for your payload structure. Try with another alternative tool as SOAPui to compare with your payload, even when you can't test because for example the connectivity can be only in PI and not in local, you can compare your payload with SOAPui request call.

The problem seems to be at web service end. I would suggest to contact your web service team for the issue.
