content server db cannot start after install

Hi All,

I have a very old content server which running sapdb, I need migrate it to latest version. I have checked SCN/service market, and learned that I need update it from to at first, then it will be able to use backup/restore to get it to 7.5/7.6, then another backup/restore to 7.8/7.9. I have downloaded sar file and uncared it. I installed the 62 patch by sdbinst and it say installation successfully. but after that, the database cannot be started, the error message show(from file knldiag.err):
