SAP PPM 5.0 no Search Fields in Edit Resource screen

Dear Experts,

our customer uses Porfolio and Project Management 5.0

When we go to Portfolio and Project Administration >> Edit Resource we cannot use this functionality because no search field is available.

Did we miss a customizing step? Is there any BADI that could help ?

The Help only refers to avilable search fields and does not add any userful suggestion.

check, if you have maintained in the following customizing path the search help as follows:

spro > SAP Portfolio and Project Management > Common Functions > Search > Define
Search Help for Portfolio Management

Object Type: BUPA
Search help: /RPM/BUPAP_COL
Key Field No. 1: PARTNER
Name Field No. 1: MC_NAME1

Key Field No. 2: PARTNER_GUID
Name Field No. 2: MC_NAME2
