Hi all,
We are trying to understand the logic behind calculation of Buying Prospensity on Hybris Marketing.How does it change based on Customer Historical data and if we can add custom attributes/logic to existing formula for Buying Prospensity.
Is there any guide by SAP on same.Please advise

For the behind the scenes configuration, you can download hybris Marketing RDS and look into the scope item "Predictive Segmentation". It comes with step by step config guides : https://service.sap.com/rds-ymkt

Please note that the out of the box buying propensity model relies on SAP CRM as a data source.
