APO DP data mart - error RDSD012 when loading date data from spreadsheet

I am using APO V5.

I am loading data from a source.csv file into a DataSource in the APO BW datamart.

My source file contains a date field of format wwyyyy (representing week ww in year yyyy) which is mapped to 0CALWEEK in my DataSource.

When I load the DataSource PSA from my source file I get error RSDS012 saying 'enter period in the format '__.yyyy' at conversion exit CONVERSION_EXIT_PERI6_INPUT (field CALWEEK).

I thought that the conversion exit would <u>translate</u> input field wwyyyy to ww.yyyy.

Can anyone help here?

Hi Bob

We had a similar problem in 5.0 which turned out to be the date format utilised in the user profile. Check out SAP Note 1034837 - "Runtime error in conversion routines PERI6 and PERI7" for details.

Hopefully this may lead you to the answer.
