Hello Folks,

Hope you all are doing good.

The user is facing an error in Production System, while doing RE Settlement.

Activity KOAO not permitted for object IV00000000000000015003

Activity KOAO not permitted for object IMESCC0004030000008000

When I went to KOAO, it is showing only order types which is properly configured with a settlement profile and a number range.

How do I find out the root cause of error???

Hi Pavan,

Thanks for the response.

The heading itself is an error message which we are facing while executing this program RKO7FO3C through SE38, it is triggering a batch job which is for settlement and in the spool it is showing this error.

It is an RE settlement with internal order.

The activity KOAO is for actual settlement.

Please allow the actual settlement in BS02, or check the user status.

The object IV00000000000000015003 can be checked in transaction RKACSHOW.

I could identify the status profile of my object.

But, just help me out to allow the actual settlement. how do i allow??

Hi Sophia,

In BS02, please find the corresponding status profile, and the user status.

If you double click the user status, then you can control whether business transaction KOAO is allowed or not.
