DTR not generated

Hi,

Even though output type TRD0 is generated and SXMB_moni messages are shown in successfully processed status in both TM and ECC yet from the outbound delivery, there is no DTR being created in TM. Can experts throw light on this.

The config for define transfer of delivery documents and all other config settings are in place

Hello Dipak,

Please run this report: TMTRQCUSTCHECK for you delivery. You will be able to found any problem in the ECC side.

In TM side, check the transaction /SAPPO/PPO2 and check if is a Post-processing order for your delivery.

Check this note too: 2173200 - No OTR/ DTR present although message is shown as successful processed in the XI monitor

Hi Dipak ,

1) Check if there are any errors in SXI monitor in SAP TM for the receiver interface : OutboundDeliveryBulkCreateRequest_Out and OutboundDeliveryConfirmation_In_V1 to see if there are any issue's.

2) Also please check Queue's. At times if some thing is stuck at queue, DTR generation will be stopped. You can find the Queue name and Details in the Same SXI MONITOR

Please let me know if you were able to proceed with DTR creation or not.

Can you please check whether the XML messages are processed successfully in both TM and ECC? In processing log of the output type TRDO the message ID will be present and it can be used to search the xml messages in Transaction SXI_MONITOR.
