ERMS setup basic funtionality question

Hello,

With the help of E-mail Inbound Configuration document (available on SCN)  I am able to configure the ERMS functionality to some extent.

For example, once email is sent to the specific email address , it automatically creates the incident.

How can I map the Text on the Email to get copied in the notes of the incident & subject & the incident Subject.

Also is there a way for that email to be attached to the Newly created incident as an attachment.

Please advise with any link that has information about my requirement above.

I was able to add the Email body Text in the Incident by configuring Agent Inbox>Settings of Asynchronous processing>Define Text Types for Communication method and than added my Text Determination procedure in config there.

NOw if I can only find a way to add the email subject to the Incident Subject and also add the email itself as an attachment to the incident also.
