Existing portal roles are not visible in access request

We are struggling with this for last 7 months.

We are unable to see the existing portal role assignments after clicking the existing assignments in access requests.

All ABAP system roles are visible there.

Also can you someone kindly share a link for portal to GRC10 integration?
