work status authorization

Hi All,

Would like to check if there is anyway to restrict who can lock the work status based on the model?

For example , Entity is the owner dimension and it is shared for 3 models (model A, model B, model C).

Is there anyway to restrict user xxx which is the the owner of entity in entity to only lock data in model A?

Thank you in advance.

Hi,

If the ENTITY dimension is shared and that user has Data access profile for all model then you can not restrict

P.S. Work status configuration is on ENVIRONMENT level.

"Work status configuration is on ENVIRONMENT level" - yes, but each model can be configured differently

Agree but I think author want to restrict specific user, not to disable work status functionality for that model.
