While upgrade support package with sum tool in nw7.0 Ehp1 java portal error in missing some component

Hi expert

While upgrading support package with sum in java enterprises portal system. everytime i am getting error in missing some component in stack file.

I am sending screensot also..Plzzz give me any solution...

system- NW7.0 EHP1 java system (Enterprises portal). spam version - SP03  Need to upgrade 03 to 17

Hello Nisha,

Looks like the support packs which you have placed have not been downloaded using solution mopz.

check stack.xml created and placed in the system.

You have to check EP components list in Solman system after that standard guidelines.

Hi Nisha,

You need to calculate the stack properly from Solman system.

Follow the below steps

If SOLMAN 7.1

- Trigger the information from portal system to SLD

- After that sync the SLD from LMDB and compare the software component with the EP and LMDB

- then genarate the stacks

If SOLMAN 7.02

- Trigger the data from portal system to SLD

- Then check the software component in solman smsy and compare it with portal system
