we just set up our CHARM and when we create a Change request , the requester field is automatically set as default to the person who raised the request, is there a way to change that to be a drop down list and pick the name?
That should be possible but the question is then, on what should that drop down be based on?
Drop down lists with business partners come from CRM side so you would need to apply some kind of logic to tell the system to fetch the employee's of OU X or Y for example.
