Impact on CHARM after ECC dev system refresh

Hi Experts,

We have implemented ChaRM for change request Management and we have been using it from last 1 years. Now we want to refresh our ECC Pre-production system with ECC production System.

We have an query like will this refresh activity make any Impact on CHARM(CTS Project, Open Tranpsorts in Projects) after ECC PPD system refresh is completed.

Hi Anand,

Thanks for your prompt reply, From the blog you have mentioned to refer does gives me working idea when it comes to Devlopment System refresh.

But my question is with PPD system refresh, Will it have the same behaviour as that of Dev. Like will new CTS project will be created after PPD system refresh is performed.

Which would be helpful to get a fair idea on satellite system system copy  pre and post scenario.

You can garner information relevant to PPD from pointers suggested.
